SHCDP is dedicated to providing a bright future for urban youth by building capacity among children and their families. This is a constant challenge because of the growing demands for provided services and the complexity of the issues surrounding our target population. SHCDP strives to continuously develop new ways to improve the plight of our participants, and the Board of Directors is currently in the process of updating its strategic plan and developing fundraising and technology plans to establish long-range goals and objectives.
